Addison Residential seeks to add an Architectural Designer to our team. We are a residential design/build construction company located in Middlebury, working throughout Addison and surrounding counties. This is an in-office position requiring the right individual to be present from open to close of business Monday through Friday.

Our ideal Candidate;
- Has a Degree in architecture or a related field. This is desired but not required.
- Is well versed in residential construction and the various components that go into building a home.
- Is familiar with state building & energy codes. An insight into sustainability, energy efficiency and green building is beneficial.
- Has the ability to work with clients & builders to create preliminary designs based on their needs & then utilize these drawings to produce accurate construction drawings and details.
- Works well in a collaborative team environment.
- Has excellent communication skills. We work with clients, builders, project managers, vendors & subs regularly.
- Is PROFICIENT in AutoCAD. A working knowledge of Revit and/or Sketchup a plus.

Skilled Carpenters
Addison Residential is expanding and is seeking full-time skilled carpenters to add to our team. Our ideal candidate has experience in all aspects of residential construction, including but not limited to framing, trim work, finish carpentry, etc. The right candidate has experience working with a variety of tools and materials, being able to read blueprints and follow instructions. The candidate should be able to work independently, as well as be part of a team, and have a keen eye for detail. Must have a valid driver’s license. Benefits package available. Finisher
Addison Residential is seeking to hire a full-time finisher for our busy paint shop. Finisher will be responsible for spraying a variety of projects – cabinetry, siding, trim, etc. along with using a variety of finish products. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with finishing. The job requires repetitive motion and ability to lift-up to 65lbs. The candidate should be able to work independently, as well as be part of a team, and have a keen eye for detail. Benefits package available. Pay is based on experience/skill level.
